At Bebiri Hostel Empire Sdn. Bhd, we strive to offer transparency in our payment and service policies. This Refund Policy clarifies the terms and conditions regarding refunds for payments made for our livestock management services.

 

1. No Refunds Policy

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following payments:

 

Operation Costs: Costs related to the care, maintenance, food and management of the livestock are non-refundable. However, these costs can be transferred to another livestock within the same program if required.

 

Package Price: Payments made for livestock package are non-refundable once the package has been purchased.

 

Guarantee of Death and Sterility: Payments made for insurance that covers the death or infertility of the livestock are non-refundable.

 

2. Transfer of Operation Costs

 

Although operating costs are non-refundable, they can be transferred to other livestock in the program under the following conditions:

 

The transfer application must be requested within 7 days from the interested party. Only operating costs are eligible for transfer; no other fees or charges are transferable. Transfers will be subject to approval based on availability and suitability of new livestock.

 

3. Exceptions

 

There are no exceptions to the no-refund policy for package price or insurance for guarantee, death, and infertility.

 

4. Processing Transfers

 

To initiate the transfer of operation costs to another sheep, you must:

Provide the necessary documents, including the original payment reference and identification of the new livestock. We will process the transfer within 7 business days after approval.
